After spending 12 years in the slumbers of Corporate America, in 2013 Quincy decided to finally leave the corporate world and dedicate full time hours as an entrepreneur. Quincy has worked with many of the top comics in the business such as SNL's Jay Pharoah, Dane Cook, Kevin Hart, and close friend and “Original Queen of Comedy,” Sommore. By 2012, Quincy could officially add acting to his resume' by playing the lead character, Walter Lee Younger, in the national stage play 'A Raisin in The Sun’ by Lorraine Hansberry.

Quincy has also featured in music videos and made multiple television appearances on TV ONE, Discovery ID, and Destination America. He co-stars in the new romantic comedy film 'Employee of the Year' (released nationwide May 15, 2017) In 2016, his TV show, 'The Quality Comedy Show with Quincy Carr', was picked up by Cox Cable and aired weekly in three Virginia markets (Hampton Roads, Roanoke, and Fredricksburg). He is not only the first comedian in Hampton Roads to independently film and executive produce his own one hour stand up comedy special, but also get a distribution deal for it (Also aired on FUBU-TV & Wynn Network).

Since 2010, Quincy has presented Virginia’s only clean monthly live adult comedy show, 'The Quality Comedy Series', at the Virginia Beach Funny Bone (relocated to Dave & Busters in Va Beach - May 2017). To date, Quincy is as unique and diverse a comedian you'll find touring anywhere across the globe. With over 300 online videos of original sketch comedy as well as hilarious stand up performances; his signature brand of quality compliments a clean and creative style that presents well to any audience making Quincy Carr the Quality Comedy King.
